GONZALES & SISTO, LLP
PHILOSOPHY
Gonzales & Sisto, LLP provide income tax planning and compliance, investment advisory and comprehensive financial planning services. We partner with professionals, small business owners, and individual taxpayers to accomplish financial goals through unbiased objective planning and management of investment assets. Our purpose is to assist you in building, managing and preserving your wealth. We act with integrity and honesty and strive for excellence in each endeavor of our practice. Our success is measured only by your success in achieving your goals.

TAX PLANNING & COMPLIANCE
Why pay more taxes than you have to? For many individuals federal and state income taxes represent their single largest expenditure. Effective tax planning should aim to control tax obligations by projecting future liabilities and providing for tax payments in a manner that avoids penalties and interest.

Tax planning differs from tax preparation in that tax planning allows you to take the financial steps during the year to reduce the taxes you pay when it’s time to file your return. Tax planning takes time; it is crucial to put tax strategies into place early. Gonzales & Sisto, LLP has extensive experience in helping clients control income taxes. Areas of service include:

  • Structuring of real estate transactions
  • Structuring of business transfers
  • Planning of charitable giving
  • Investing in tax efficient investments
  • Planning for the minimization of the alternative minimum tax

    INVESTMENT ADVISORY
As a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor, Gonzales & Sisto, LLP assists clients in achieving their long-term investment goals by combining the benefits of traditional “index” funds with the institutional “asset class” funds of Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA). Our approach is firmly rooted in the belief that markets are “efficient”, and that investors’ returns are determined principally by asset allocation decisions, not market timing or stock picking.

Our services begin with a detailed understanding of your investment goals and an assessment of your risk tolerance. We then create an investment policy statement and recommend an appropriate asset allocation. Once the investment policy statement is approved, we assist you in selecting specific investments to meet your investment goals. Continuous investment planning requires regular monitoring and reporting of investment results. To that end we meet with clients on a regular basis to evaluate results and make adjustments to ensure that you investment plan is on track.

    COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL PLANNING
We all have hopes and dreams for ourselves and our family. Some of these life goals might include buying a home or business, saving for college education, taking a long awaited vacation, or retiring comfortably. Financial planning is the process of attaining life goals through the proper management of finances.

Gonzales & Sisto, LLP will prepare a comprehensive financial plan to assist you in achieving your financial goals. The plan will address:
  • Cash flow management
  • Income tax planning
  • Investment planning
  • Retirement planning
  • Estate and gift planning
  • Risk management

Financial planning provides direction and meaning to fiscal budgetary discos and allows you to understand how each decision affects other areas of your personal financial net worth. Planning and reviewing of your finances allows you to move steadily towards the fulfillment of a secure future.
