As your Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and/or financial advisor, we collect: - Information provided by you from your tax organizer, worksheets, documents and discussions.

We may share the personal information that we collect, as described above, with companies external to Gonzales and Sisto, LLP in order to complete a transaction you have requested or to help us service your account. This will include companies such as brokerage firms we use to execute investment purchases and sales on behalf of our clients. We also use the assistance of a computer technology service provider as well as other software technical support services. In the course of maintaining our computers and investment and tax software these and other companies may have access to our servers, and thus your information, from time to time. This occasional access is necessary in order for Gonzales and Sisto, LLP to maintain your accounts. All companies with whom we do business are contractually obligated to comply with strict standards regarding security and confidentiality, and the information can be used only for the sole purpose of providing services we have requested the companies to perform. Personal data may not be disclosed, made available, or otherwise used for a purpose other than those specified, except with the consent of our clients, or as required by law or regulation. This applies even if you are no longer a client.
